Seamless Spaces was founded by two women, Cathy and Jen, who both have a love for organizing, but more importantly a desire to help others bring style, order and better workflow to their lives. We enjoy working with families and individuals to understand what’s important in their lives and help them organize to fit their lifestyle.

Hello!  We’re Cathy and Jen…

We are professionals who have had extensive careers with Fortune 500 companies including Disney, IBM, Penguin Random House and Eastman Kodak. We understand how to manage projects, budgets and busy lifestyles at work and home.  We cherish our families and pride ourselves on creating happy, organized environments for them to thrive.  

We are compassionate and do not judge – we are here to help you tame the chaos and clutter we all experience at some point in our lives.  We are passionate about organizing and find great joy in helping you design and implement solutions that transform your home or business to run more efficiently.  Mindfulness and intentionality are in our DNA, let us share that with you.

We work closely with home designers, realtors, resellers, local charities and other local resources to get you connected with the right people when and if appropriate

Cathy and Jen have a gift for turning cluttered space into a beautiful sanctuary. I appreciate the respect they showed for my clothes and accessories, and they’re great listeners. I spend so much less time making decisions when I am trying to get out the door, and I buy less, because now I can clearly see what I have, thanks to their organization of the space. They helped me categorize and consolidate so that everything has a place that’s visible and accessible. I’m no longer searching for or rebuying things I already have and can find things easily! 

Sanity Savers!

Our family of six was being inundated with paper – mail, catalogs, coupons and school papers were piling up on our kitchen island, creating clutter and making me crazy. Cathy and Jen were able to create a system for managing all the paperwork, allowing me to keep it out of sight yet accessible for staying on top of deadlines and due dates. Our new process is simple enough for the whole family to follow, and everyone enjoys having their own designated area.

Beautiful and functional!

I loved working with Jen & Cathy. They were very friendly, professional and worked quickly. They did a great job coming up with organization solutions that will work well for the chaotic stage our family is in with 2 young boys, one of which is a special needs child. It felt very personalized to our needs and lifestyle. The end result was beautiful AND functional. They did a wonderful job working with our son to organize his space, educating, & getting him involved and excited about the process. He made his bed this morning, and picked up his room this afternoon when he was done playing without being asked! I just couldn’t be happier with the way everything turned out.

Jennifer and Cathy are a delight to work with, and captured the buried vision I had for my kitchen pantry. After a beautiful kitchen remodel, our pantry space remained lackluster. Following a consultation to understand our preferences and habits, the Seamless Spaces magic began. We couldn't be more thrilled! Now our pantry "fits perfectly" with the beautiful update of the rest of the kitchen, and is organized for optimal utilization for our busy family. In fact, banana bread is baking as we speak--kitchen inspiration and joy have returned!
